How the heck does Minnesota get their hands on $18Billion in Federal Aid... Aid, for WHAT???
Prosecutor: Billions Stolen From Minnesota Federal Aid Programs
Half or more of the roughly $18 billion in federal funds that supported 14 Minnesota-run programs since 2018
may have been stolen, a federal prosecutor said Thursday, describing the massive and multilayered fraud schemes as staggering.

Minnesota is large, area-wise, but has a small population. How the heck do they qualify for this amount of money?
Clearly, Minnesota never needed that much money for social programs, but congress just can't help wasting money.
I can't wait for the weight of America's enormous debt to crash the country. Maybe that will wake everyone up.

A bunch of illiterate Somalians have conned high ranking US authorities.
@Earl-of-Trumps saidThe government spends 7 trillion, so $18 billions a relatively tiny amount. Imagine whats happening in Texas in, who receives 10 times more money.

It's not specific to Minnesota it happens everywhere. You realize this has very little to do with fraud and very much to do with prosecuting likely presidential candidate tim walz?
The debt won't crash the country in your lifetime, it will lead to austerity for future generations. it's selfish to hope for more debt.
@wildgrass
That's a bad way ti look at it, wild. you are just trying to minimalize the effect.
And if Minnesota is getting that amount of grant money for imaginary social needs. who else is?
And then, look at America's staggering debt. NOBODY CARES!!!
@Earl-of-Trumps saidIt appears you are acknowledging that government fraud is not specific to Minnesota? In that case, why do you think federal investigators have focused their efforts on a mostly rural state with relatively low levels of government handouts? Why do you think this article focused on Tim Walz and not the fraud itself? Do you think it might have something to do with the likelihood that he'll run for president?

I think you'd be naive not to think this is just a political witch hunt.
Regarding government debt, the deficit number has exploded on three different occassions in my lifetime. The first was Ronald Reagan, the second was George W. Bush and the third was Donald Trump. Based on this fact, I think its reasonable to conclude that the vast majority of government debt was directly caused by Republican policies that choose not to try to pay for what they spend.
If you are one of the few who care about government debt, do not vote Republican.

I understand where you are coming from,, but unless these "facts" are manufactured, the feds would be remiss
if they sat on their hands and did nothing.
reverse the situation: Was Donald Trump targeted because he might run for president, or because circumstances warranted it?
@wildgrass
Walz having a chance at being president, your party is very very desperate if that happens!🤣🤣🤣
@mike69 saidTheres no way the DOJ would bother targeting him like this if Republicans didn't think that.

@wildgrass saidWake up, open your mind, and get away from the conspiracies and tds bs!

@Earl-of-Trumps saidOf course, prosecute all crimes. But federal prosecutors don't have unlimited throughput. In my opinion they should go after the big fish first.

Another example. There is general agreement among politicians and legal experts that $200 billion in PPP funding was fraudulent. Yet it appears no one is even working towards prosecution of those people.
Why? They are too busy attacking tim walz to score political points.
@mike69 saidI think that a pile of firewood would win against any republican candidate right now.
@wildgrass
Do you actually think he would have a chance of wining?
@wildgrass saidLook up the term, these forums are filled with it, look around or read sue and sonhouse their post are tds in full swing🤣.
TDS is buying and then flying a flag with Trump's name on it.
