Wonder why the DOJ is only targeting California and Minnesota? Maybe their governors are too candidates for president?

Walz's political career is over, he's not going to be reelected, let alone run for president.
Newsome's is too, he just doesn't realize it yet.

That's a point to ponder, wildgrass, for sure.
Truth be told, the dems have better candidates than that, like Hakeem Jeffries, or John Fetterman.

If so, it's because they were politically targeted by the DOJ.

Why? Are you claiming the billions in fraud and waste they let happen wasn't their fault or that it's not true?

Nah, everybody knows fraud is a thing and the government doesn't care about it. I wish they cared more, but they don't.

The real question is: why do you think fraud ONLY happens in California and Minnesota?

If you do a little math, the federal government receives more from both these states. Minnesota pays into federal government a lot more than it receives. California too. If the DOJ and FBI were looking for fraud and waste, they should look at states that spend the most per capita on its residents.

Seems likely that's where the biggest fraud is. But the DOJ goes after California and Minnesota because of who their governors are.

No doubt it happens, but not on the industrial scale of Cali and Minnesota, and not with the governors being told about it and covering it up for years while bragging about how efficiently they are running things. .

So it’s all good and you’re passing the buck pretending nothing is wrong while crucifying republicans every chance you get? No one said anything like your last childish statement here attacking to pass blame while these clowns can do whatever they want in your eyes.

Despite the fraud, they are spending less than they contribute. So they ARE making more efficient use of tax dollars per capital than other states.

Doesn't that mean it must be much much worse in other states?

Is that why they are billions of dollars in debt? Newsome took a billion dollar surplus and is now 80 billion in the red. Doesn't sound very efficient to me.

This is the same person posting that thinks Trump with blood running down his head and people laying dead was a fake assignation attempt, I wouldn’t expect to much…

@wildgrass - "I think you'd be naive not to think this is just a political witch hunt."

I understand where you are coming from,, but unless these "facts" are manufactured, the feds would be remiss
if they sat on their hands and did nothing.

reverse the situation: Was Donald Trump targeted because he might run for president, or because circumstances warranted it?
But fraud found in RED states, no biggie. We only want to see BLUE states punished. That about sums it up.
