Or lowering the hours you can vote, gee, they REALLY want your votes, well REPUB votes, SCREW the dems. If you had more than half a brain you would see where the lowering of hours is in the majority black areas and no such action in whitey town.

(a) No person SHALL SOLICIT VOTES in any manner or by any means or method.
Then it goes on to describe water, sammiches, etc as being forbidden to being given out in return for votes.
