If you want to compare political parties on how they ignore laws in action, Republicans have a loooong history of defunding law enforcement agencies like the IRS because their law enforcement activities don't align with their political interests.

Republicans defunded law enforcement of tax crimes. Republicans also blocked prior attempts to increase funding for ICE. Republicans also turn the other way when they have the opportunity to prosecute pedophiles and drug dealers. Trump himself gave an unconditional pardon to the largest drug trafficker the world has ever seen.
Democrats are A problem, but they are not the problem..you give the GOP a pass, so you're the problem.
