@Mott-The-Hoople saidIt's Minnesota...
…I have been noticing these agitators…it’s all white liberals…no blacks, no Hispanics, no Chinese, no Asians, it’s ONLY white liberals.
On a lighter note…I have noticed …no looting
Good thing those Hispanics aren't getting involved!

United States citizens who identify themselves as members of the “Black Panther Party for Self-Defense” have appeared at protests against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), carrying weapons and invoking a tradition of resistance to state violence. They represent a resurgence of the movement founded by Bobby Seale and Huey P. Newton in the 1960s.
On Jan. 8, they took part in a protest outside Philadelphia City Hall, marching with rifles and banners to denounce the killing of Renee Nicole Good, a woman from Minneapolis who was shot the previous day by an ICE agent.
“That would not have happened if we had been there. Not a single person would have been touched,” said Paul Birdsong, chairman of the Black Panthers and a coordinator of social programs in working-class neighborhoods.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidThey're not mad at their city they're mad at the Feds. The Feds don't own the buildings that would be looted so there's no reason to do so.

@fornichessate removed their quoted post...and you want to be taken as a respected person in a debate?
@fornichessate removed their quoted postDo you, like Trump, just say whatever comes into your head? I mean come on, “finally able to socialize”? Really?🤔
@Great-Big-Stees saidCan I answer that? I dont like or dislike public figures or celebrities, they are just ordinary people. I look at them and their behavior or conduct and in the case of politicians what they do for the electorate and in the case of the US, how they impact on the world.

Trump has lots of flaws, which I have already outlined, and he has done stuff from which many a world leader has shied away, which I listed in other threads. The man has balls, and he does not care about popularity, getting likes and followers with which this generation is obsessed.
I like the man so far, but often I am disappointed when he behaves in a childish and/or arrogant. Things like the Gulf of Mexico is childish. The Greenland issue is a bit more complex and showing the world that he can take it [which we already know] is a bit of a show off.
