It's not deciding but there is a hitch, team Trump said some of the things Stormy said were inappropriate like was T wearing a condom, and other personal details. They called immediately for a mistrial, which won't fly but the gist is if T is convicted, they have a half assed case for appeal so T gets a bit of a gift.

I agree. What did or did not happen with Daniels in bed is totally irrelevant, as is the payment of hush money. It’s about covering up the payment later on. It’s a replay of the break-in at the Watergate hotel. The break-in itself was trivial, it was the cover-up that led to Nixon‘s resignation.
This is why I find it so hard to believe how many fall so hard for the con. I just don't get it.
