There are a 120 deaths per day due to drug overdoses.

    Which should grab the headline?

    Right, the shooting every time.

    Carry on.

You think that 28 people being murdered in Church is not news worthy?

In every country of the world this is jaw-dropping.

Compare your US citizens killing each other with guns to Islamic terror figures.
Then will you stop reporting on terrorism?

Whodey likes to ignore such 'fake news' when the mass murderer's a non-Muslim white man.

Good graphics imbedded in this video showing growth of mass murders in US.

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41880511

Reading news such as this makes everyone I know sad and angry.
And it's not in our country!
    How must US citizens feel?

Sorry to read about another mass killing in the US. It's always sad to read about deaths that could easily have been avoided.

I read this in the comment section in the NYT. I guess it's true.

"As someone named Dan Hodges said on facebook, "In retrospect Sandy Hook marked the end of the US gun control debate. Once America decided killing children was bearable, it was over." People who love guns have won. It's up to them to decide what to do. Charlotte Bacon, age 6; Daniel Barden, age 7; Olivia Engel, age 6; Josephine Gay, age 7; Dylan Hockley, age 6; Madeleine Hsu, age 6; Catherine Hubbard, age 6; Chase Kowalski, age 7; Jesse Lewis, age 6; Ana Márquez-Greene, age 6; James Mattioli, age 6; Grace McDonnell, age 7; Emilie Parker, age 6; Jack Pinto, age 6; Noah Pozner, age 6; Caroline Previdi, age 6; Jessica Rekos, age 6; Avielle Richman, age 6; Benjamin Wheeler, age 6; Allison Wyatt, age 6."

You have a sick culture over there.

    Don’t be a twit.

This “right to bear arms” thing is idiocy of the highest order. Besides who says the arms have to be firearms. Give them sticks!

If any idiots say their prayers are with the victims and their families, please smack them in their btch face.

Like the whole internet pointed out to that whore Paul Ryan, the people were murdered in a church. Prayers did jack to help them then, do jack to help them now and will do jack for the future victims(that will surely come). Obviously it's time to stop praying and lobby for gun control.

please also remind idiots with the "good guy with a gun" tired nonsense that 26 people died, in a church, in freakin Texas. If there ever was a good guy with a gun, he would be in Texas, yet he was, unsurprisingly, again absent.

The shooter was chased, by police, in a neighboring county where he was shot by officers or committed suicide.

Well, technically, drug abusers kill themselves... and mass shooters kill other people.

Which do you think should grab the headlines?

    People. Please.
There’s no connection between owning a gun and shooting people and not owning one and not shooting people.

And if you think otherwise you are not a true patriot and probably a commie terrorist homosexual.

So how many Fatlanders are left after this latest killing spree? 319.999.974?

Goes to show you that every problem in the world ultimately fixes itself.
