1. Trump sold weapons to Georgia and Ukraine (which Obama refused to do)

Obama's response to Russia
1. Told the Russians to behave and play nice. It was Obama's Austin Powers moment, "Oh, behave!"

Obama only stood up to nations like Libya who do not have the ability to fight back.
