@sh76 saidI'd like to see a few more studies of this type because A) the sample size is really small (48 persons) and B) It was pre-Delta variant.

I note the Israeli study often partially quoted here which concluded that natural immunity was superior to the present COVID vaccines, came to the conclusion that those who had had COVID and were then vaccinated had a much lower chance of further infection than those who had had COVID but then weren't vaccinated (though that study has not been peer reviewed):
" Notably, individuals who were previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the BNT162b2 vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant." https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1.full-text

@metal-brain saidLMAO!
Your study has not been peer reviewed.
You do realize that's the exact same study you have relied on for the assertion that natural immunity is superior to the vaccines?

@no1marauder saidNo. This is the article I posted on another thread regarding natural immunity.
LMAO!

"What’s more, giving a single shot of the vaccine to those who had been previously infected also appeared to boost their protection. "
This is too funny.

@no1marauder saidThat doesn't make much sense since the delta variant has adapted to outsmart (so to speak) the vaccine. Vaccinated people are spreading the delta variant to the unvaccinated. That may be why it became the dominant variant, not necessarily because it is more transmissible.

The gene vaccines do not protect from the delta variant. To suggest that they help protect against it even after natural immunity is illogical. The gene vaccine makers are indicating that because they are in the process of making a new vaccine specifically for the delta variant. They just want to sell more vaccines while they are working on it, so they lie and say it protects you against what they know it does not.
Further evidence is mounting up to support this as well.

You still have not explained why the most vaccinated regions are having case surges. This is contrary to the effectiveness of the gene vaccines, especially against the delta variant.
@metal-brain saidIt's a waste of time pointing out facts to you; the study you have relied on in multiple threads shows that the vaccine effectiveness, even against Delta, is over 98%.

Maybe you should read the studies rather than relying on crank conspiracy websites.

The most vaccinated regions have the most covid infections. Is it a waste of time pointing out that fact to you? You even resorted to attempting to discredit your own source. That is how badly you were debating it.
You are in denial of reality. You took one factor and ignored the rest as if that is proper science. Vaccinated people think they are not spreading it so they move around socially and super spread it. Nothing spreads it more than people that think they don't. They are like the cue ball on the pool table. They are in contact with almost every ball on the table.
STOP IGNORING ALL THE FACTORS!
Even Fauci will not lie about it like you are. Your 98% number is a lie. If it was true Fauci would have brought it up.
