So a biased conservative source feeds your conservative bias. Surprise surprise.

In other news, Nazi Weekly says Jews are inferior. Must be true.

There's nothing even remotely unusual about what Mueller is doing:

Prosecutors said they have gathered “unclassified but sensitive information that remains relevant to ongoing national security investigations and efforts to protect the integrity of future U.S. elections.” It includes the identities of cooperating individuals and companies, as well as links between the defendants, uncharged parties and foreign governments, that goes well beyond what prosecutors intend to disclose at trial, they wrote. They said they gave additional details to U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich under court seal.

Prosecutors asked Friedrich to bar any co-defendant of Concord from reviewing evidence until they appear in his courtroom to respond to the charges. They also want to regulate disclosure of “particularly sensitive material to foreign nationals” by first limiting it to U.S. lawyers for defendants.

Concord, based in Saint Petersburg, is the only defendant to respond in court to the indictment, pleading not guilty on May 9. The firm is controlled by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a Russian caterer who is close to Putin. It provides food services to the Kremlin.

Defense lawyers for Concord say they should be able to share evidence with Prigozhin, but Mueller disagrees. “As long as Prigozhin chooses not to appear personally in front of this court, he is not entitled to review any discovery in this case,” the filing said.

Mueller also accuses a related catering firm and another Prigozhin group called the Internet Research Agency of running a vast troll operation designed to sow discord in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Prigozhin has known Putin since the 1990s, when both lived in Saint Petersburg and Putin was the city’s deputy mayor.

Under Mueller’s proposed plan, any foreign national who wants to disclose sensitive materials would have to go through a “firewall counsel” for the government, which would be separate from the prosecution team.

Typical legal maneuvering; the Judge will decide what items what to be revealed to Defendants and their lawyers.

if meuller had only left the politically motivated leaking out and filed secret indictments we wouldn't have this fiasco. As it stands he is violating the defendants sixth amendment rights.

The Benghazi investigation lasted two and a half years; no indictments, no nothing...unlike the Mueller investigation: 17 indictments, 5 guilty pleas, which only just recently reached its first year.

    Hypocrite.

Zero indictments for Russian collusion. And the 12 or 13 indictments on Russian entities was a dog and pony show that is guaranteed not to land a single person in jail.

Sorry skippy, but you're not qualified to lecture anyone on the rules of evidence, or what defendant's rights have been violated. Mueller and his prosecutors have over 30 years of law school training, and over 100 years of legal experience between them. They know a tiny bit more about the law than you do! 😲

Doesn't matter. In LESS than HALF of the time it took for the Benghazi witch-hunt, criminal activity was actually found...unlike Benghazi. Yet, none of you conservatives complained about the over $7.8 million wasted on nothing.

Oh, and let's not forget the investigation was lead by Republicans; so you can't blame that embarrassing lack of results on bias.

When a Dem is under investigation for two and half years and nothing's found after blowing over 7.8 million, that's time well spent.

A Republican under investigation getting 17 indictments and 5 guilty please in less than a year? Nothing to see here

Do you think the dozens of individuals and entities indicted thus far have been indicted based on fabricated evidence?
