UN votes overwhelmingly to condemn US embargo on Cuba

The UN General Assembly backed a resolution for an end to US embargo on Cuba by 189-2 in a slap to Washington

Out of the 193-member body, 189 countries voted in favour of the resolution at the 27th annual General Assembly meeting, with only the US and Israel voting against. Moldova and Ukraine did not vote.

The resolutions are unenforceable, but they reflect world opinion and the vote has given Cuba an annual stage for the last 27 years to demonstrate the isolation of the US on the embargo imposed in 1960.

The USA and Israel voting in lockstep confirms their 'pariah alliance' on some issues.

Racists love to stick together. Israel was (pariah) South Africa's closest ally until apartheid ended.

In the 1980s, the USA hoped for a closer relationship with apartheid South Africa
(which President Reagan believed shared basic American values against Communism),
but even the USA dared not embrace South Africa too closely in public.

Is there anything more hypocritical than you calling someone a racist?

Quackquack's a notorious lying racist troll (and rape apologist), an American fanatical supporter of Israel.

Lying American apologists for Israel like to deny that Israel was apartheid South Africa's
closest ally, and the pro-Israeli US media prefers to ignore that reality as much as possible.

But the truth of the close alliance was well-known in South Africa and Israel.
Indeed, Caljust (a RHP member) wrote that he (white) represented apartheid South Africa
on many visits to Israel, where he was always warmly welcomed by Israeli Jews.
There was a popular sentiment that white South Africans and Israeli Jews were
joined together in fighting for a common cause against their racial enemies.

To this day, Caljust's still pro-Israeli, though he seems to acknowledge some of Israel's wrongdoing.

Israel is continually picked on by racists like yourself. You continually excuse the behavior of neighbors who spent decades bombing its children on school buses before it became more fashionable to shoot missiles at its people. Israel is far more of a democracy and has far more civil rights than virtually all of its neighbors. But racists like yourself have decided that Israel should sacrifice its right to protect its people.

As an apparent Jewish supremacist, Quackquack admires Israel as a Jewish supremacist state.
Israel has a form of apartheid that's close, though not identical, to South Africa's.
