The Communists and Muslims have taken control of the U.N.
You may be right but why is that bad? In 1980, the world’s seventeen established Marxist-Leninist states presided over roughly 1.5 billion subjects (out of a total world population of approximately 4.4 billion). At that apogee, over a third of humanity lived under regimes that professed the “communist” intent: and the encompassed populations represented a tremendous variety of cultures, ethnicities, levels of material attainment, and demographic structures.
You probably intend the term "communist" to include Western states with socialist policies, which means most of northern Europe and perhaps some of LAtin America. Add in the 23% of the world's population that is Muslim, without taking away too much for overlap (muslim communists) and you have a plausible basis to argue that the united nations would not be doing its job if it did not have significant influence from the categories you suggested.
Now those large population figures have to be corrected further to recognise that there is a mix of very large and very small states. On the one hand, the USA, which is our last hope against the ultimate degeneration of humanity into a muslim communist theocratic atheistic tyranny, is very large, so its big population has to share just the one vote for just one country. On the other hand, its large size gives it the economic and military muscle to bribe or bully sufficient countries to get its way when it matters and indeed, the size of its contribution to UN costs also gives the USA significant leverage. And besides, the UN cannot do much when the US exercises its veto.
So fear not. On the one hand, democratic forces naturally and corrrectly allocate influence in the UN to people of all nations and creeds, while the USA - under the finger of its large corporations - can force the UN to ignore their democratic influence when it suits their interests. Your billionaires can sleep peacefully.
