@A-Unique-Nickname saidThe indigenous people of the Caribbean are brown, not Black
As a black man then how does it feel when you see all the racist comments on this forum?
The original YouTube click had nothing to do with breaking the law, it was an orderly queue. Should they all 'go home'?

@AThousandYoung saidHave no clue what that means ... sorry.I live in my home country, where I was born.
Anchor baby?

The opening post seems to be showing that mostly immigrants are lining up for welfare. Could be that the point is immigrants are a drain on a country's resources.
However, racist comments directed at me does not bother me in the least.
@AThousandYoung saidOh .. yes I know about that. I am not one. I was not born in the US.
The right wingers in my country don't believe people born here should get citizenship. They call them "anchor babies" if their parents are immigrants. Are you an anchor baby?
But I do not think children born in the US should automatically get citizenship.

Do you think Irish people need to queue to receive benefit payments? It's at best, a misleading video.
Ireland has been built on immigration, both coming and going. After the financial crash in 2008 they opened their doors for foreign nationals looking to 'learn English' who were also allowed to work 20 hours a week. It resulted in many Brazilians and Venezuelans coming because their countries economy was a mess. Of course many ended up working unofficially for longer than the 20 hours but people kept coming, especially into Dublin and for many years there's been a massive housing crisis in the city.
Recently yes, like the UK and other areas of Europe we've seen Syrians, Iranians etc enter the country because they don't feel or are not safe in their home country. Some get put up in hotels and yes, but others have been treated like human garbage. It costs a lot of money but it's not their fault. The vast majority are good people who just want a better life. Can you argue with that?
@A-Unique-Nickname saidImmigrants have to work, instead of lining up for welfare. They have to obey the law, and most of all they have to be grateful instead of feeling entitled.

If your house is on fire, the first thing is to put the fire out instead of running into your neighbours house to live. Second, investigate what casued the fire. Third fix it or ask for help from your neighbours to get it fixed.
In the case of Islam, they destroyed their own country. They should not be allowed to enter another country because they will do the very same thing in the host country. This is already happening in Europe.
Basically decent immigrants [of the non-Islamic type] who work hard, assimilate, keep the law and are an asset to the host country should be allowed to stay and obtain PR or citizenship. Others should be deported.
The ability to emigrate is not a right, but a privilege which many abuse.
Can you argue with that?
@Rajk999 saidYou claimed you were in your homeland because you are in the country you were born in.

Were your parents immigrants? If they were, you are an anchor baby.

Your logic seems inconsistent.
@AThousandYoung saidOh .. I got your point but it is a nonsense point.

My parents were not immigrants, neither my grandparents.
Maybe my great grandparents were.
In any case an 'anchor baby' is one specifically made and planned so that the baby helps to anchor the parents in the host country, because of citizenship rights of the baby.
How is it you are trying to apply that to me?
@AThousandYoung saidYou mean you cannot see the difference between ..I live in my home country, where I was born.I do not think children born in the US should automatically get citizenship.

- a baby born in the US to say Mexican parents who want to settle in the US so they ensured the baby was born in the US
vs
- me, born here to parents who are citizens ?
Lol ... sometimes I really have to wonder about the kind of people posting here .

It's great to hear that only regions with a majority Muslim have ever had a civil war, the history books must be wrong.
If my house was bring I'd call the fire department, if they were unable to put it out before the building was destroyed and my neighbour offered help, then yes I'd stay with the neighbours for as long as they would have me while the house is being repaired. Do you think people wanted to leave Syria?
Was there no crime in the world before people started moving around?

Islam is a curse and needs to be removed. People who support Islam and that means ALL MUSLIMS create problems wherever they go. People want to leave Syria only when their religion which they supported created that mess in their country. All Islamic countries are full of extremists, waiting to explode. You are blind. Clearly you are a supporter of Islam.
Europeans are only now finding out, and some are getting smart and keeping them out.
@Rajk999 saidGo and look up the definition of bigot and then read this post. It's just a fact.

Anyway... personally I believe all religions are dumb and the world would be a much better place without religion. However, I don't care what religion someone has and I don't judge them for that. There's idiot extremists within every religion, within every country. People are programmed to fear what is different to them, that's the problem.
I've been a few countries with the majority being Muslim, never had a problem and felt very safe.
@A-Unique-Nickname saidI know the meaning. The truth is never bigoted. Hypocrisy is another word you misused because you lack a clear case to make, so you resort to these terms to save your failed argument.

You opinion about all religions is what is dumb.
Ahhh ... now the point about you being to Muslim countries, and being safe as if that means anything ... seriously are you really that infantile ? Do you really know what is going on with Islamic extremists all over the world? This not about YOU!!
Islamic extremists, supported by their socalled moderate Muslims, have destroyed countries, killed millions, and are moving across North Africa with their murderous agenda. It is up to the smart people in the west to keep those sick people out.
