I've posted for some time, and not once have I seen a legitimate finding of 'what is wrong with Trump", so please allow me waste a post-space. He has been heard with locker room talk, caught in the Stormy Daniels (Clinton-Wilensky et al) affair, but that is about it. The word crime has been thrown around, together with disparaging comments about his skin and his hair. We got all that. But as President, performing Presidential duties, can someone specifically cite or name any activity that he has done (Him, not somebody else) that is criminal, or even an impeachable offense.

On some level I think Trump sincerely means well in what he is doing, but he has never held public office before and so, is largely ignorant of the basics of civics and the nuts and bolts of governing, to make matters worse, his ego won't let him listen to those few around him who have experience in these matters. In addition, you might ask yourself if Donald J Trump only hires the best people, why can't he seem to keep them around, and why so many of these "best people" have been either pled guilty or been convicted of crimes

Face facts Mr. Average Joe - If someone named Obama or Clinton were to wander on to a convention stage with 5 of their children by 3 different women, give away Americas valuable intel to high ranking Russians right in the oval office, lied about Mexico paying for border wall, and fire an FBI director who was investigating them for crimes, you wouldn't be scratching your head wondering why people think they are unfit for the office of President.

Does this clear up some of your confusion?? 🙄

    https://www.needtoimpeach.com/impeachable-offenses/

The first two and the last are the most unambiguous and clear:

    Obstructing Justice

After taking office, Trump asked FBI Director James Comey to abandon the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election—which the FBI had already connected to Michael Flynn.
When Comey refused to alter course, Trump fired him.
Trump then admitted the firing was over “the Russia thing” in a televised interview.
In a tweet months later, he stated that he “had to fire Michael Flynn because he lied to the FBI”— further affirming that he dismissed James Comey in an attempt to quash the FBI’s investigation.

Bottom line: Trump has repeatedly attempted to interfere in the Russia investigation, and admitted as much—that’s a clear case of obstructing justice.

    2
Violating the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution

The Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause prohibits the president from accepting personal benefits from any foreign government or official.
Trump has retained his ownership interests in his family business while he is in office.
Thus, every time a foreign official stays at a Trump hotel, or a foreign government approves a new Trump Organization project, or grants a trademark, Trump is in violation of the Constitution.
For example: shortly after he was sworn into office, the Chinese government
gave preliminary approval to 38 trademarks of Trump’s name. Then, in June, China approved nine Donald Trump trademarks they had previously rejected.
And every time he goes to golf at a Trump property, he funnels taxpayer money into his family business—violating the Domestic Emoluments Clause.
Bottom line: Because Trump never divested from his business interests, he violates the Constitution every time the Trump Organization has business dealings with foreign or American government officials.

    Violating Campaign Finance Laws

Donald Trump knew disclosure of his extramarital affairs with Stephanie Cliffords (A.K.A. Stormy Daniels) and Karen McDougal could hurt his chances at winning the 2016 election.
At the direction of Trump, Michael Cohen and American Media, Inc. (AMI), the publisher of the National Enquirer bought the rights to the women’s stories and forced them to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to prevent them from going public.
Cohen admitted to making illegal, hush-money payments to hide Trump’s affairs in the fall of 2016, just weeks before the election.
Federal prosecutors, and Trump’s co-conspirators Cohen and AMI, all say that Cohen made the payments at Trump’s direction, “in concert with the campaign,” and with the intention of helping Trump win.
Trump is unindicted co-conspirator because he directed Cohen to “cause an unlawful corporate contribution” and an “excessive campaign contribution” by paying the two women hush money with the intent to influence the election.

Bottom line: Trump committed at least two felonies to illegally cheat his way into office.

This subject is about crime or impeachables, so no answer here. You are right, though, not a politician, but is that not beautiful in a way? It is to me. He definitely needs to listen to advisors. And right about not getting the best people, he needs advice on that as well.

Obama lied, bigger than Trump, given his $2800 insurance credit was never realized by his followers, and in fact COST them more. Couldn't keep their doctor. Lie. Those poor folks are a lot more mad than I am about the Wall. Obama and Hillary gave away uranium, and also huge money to IRAN in the Middle of the Night. I can't comment on why he fired Comey, there is only media hype about it, so no fact here about that.
You mention 3 marriages, Kamala Harris is running for president, had an affair, yet dems will vote for her, Clinton is a W,,monger, rapist if you will, Donald is not a rapist to our knowledge. I figure him to be basically moral when you start comparing all these people. He doesn't drink or smoke, Obama admits to cocaine and marijuana use, really creepy, so all these arguments, facts and comparisons do not answer this topic at all, with all due respects.

Obama and Holder where running guns to drug cartels across the border and Holder is the only AG in US history to be held in contempt of Congress for it, let alone lying to the repeatedly.

And to think, lying to Congress today is a crime?

    LMAO!

Even marauder recognizes that Obama was in violation of the War Powers Act by not notifying Congress about Libya.

Of course, he treats Obama and Trump differently. Imagine that.

Yes, the entire Federal government seem to be a bunch of criminals, and the only way to avoid being accountable for it is to be a part of the deep state.

He’s ignorant of civics, governing? Jimmy Carter the mot inept and stupid of all presidents, 28% interest rates. So that defeats that comment. Rates went DOWN with bizman Trump.

Emoluments. Obama’s vacation costs were astounding, did you mention taxpayer costs. They aren’t supposed to golf? He is to literally divest all biz interests? Do u know he did, as required?

We don’t know what he directed Vihen exactly to do, and there’s bee no adjudication of whether the payments violated law. All of your stuff is conjecture, pure speculation. Marauder is right, grotesque exaggeration and untruths.

Suzu mentions sticking to facts. Me too. Comey?!?? Do you know what crook this lawyer is, he Wrote Up Exoneration of Crooked Hillary before she was even interviewed!!! Before the fact finding!! He should have been fired, and, of course, disbarred. Ethical nightmare. In Your DOJ! Aren’t you glad trump fired him, esp since we now find Trump knows he’s innocent and has a country to run. Would u rather have Carter as president. Y’all be careful what you wish for.

Any way, I still don’t know why he is hated. Y’all were screaming screeching impact even before he was elected. Why don’t libs EVER say anything about the good he has done. Uhh, do you see him now negotiating with the unbudging Pelosi. Beautiful lady, you should be proud

At least two felonies? In what jurisdiction, couldn’t find it on google. 3 marriages is no crime, any body u know and like been divorced.? What is Wring With Trump? Why is there no indictment?

Funny you would use 'why are there no indictments' as a defense when the Mueller probe isn't even finished.

Tell me SERIOUSLY, what will you think if Trump IS actually indicted AND convicted in a court of law or a congressional impeachment held up by BOTH houses of congress, where you have to know right now the senate AND SCOTUS is still held in Trump's pockets and if things get so obvious even his sycophant dogs of the senate agree he is a criminal, WHAT WILL YOU SAY THEN?

Still hang on to the witch hunt deal? In other words, forget rule of law, Trump can NEVER do wrong not matter WHAT he is proven to have done?

Does it mean NOTHING to you he already has had a 25 MILLION dollar fine against him in his so-called Trump university scam? You do know that was a scam don't you?
And his so-called charity? Where that also has been proven to be just Trump's ATM? That means NOTHING to you? Just business as usual? These are things having nothing to do with Mueller so how many screw ups does it take for you to admit Trump is the worse president since Warren Harding?

You don't care he was kissing Putin's ass at that so-called summit in Helsinki?
Where he has vowed for the US to withdraw from NATO FOR GOD'S SAKE?
Or dissing our REAL allies, Germany, England, France and such? While saying LITERALLY ' I LOVE Kim Jon Un'? Where he says the NK nuke threat is over? REALLY? Do you really believe that?

I am of course confident that Mueller will have nothing. If he does, I will be first to say that I was wrong, and as I did state in a previous comment,, "i will be first to bolt'! So, yeah, as a supporter of Trump, as you support the likes of Hillary who truly is a criminal (why no indictment..), I support his history. Certainly he can do wrong, so that could make me wrong, and I will throw myself on the mercy of RHP.

'Why no indictments' is a question, it is not a defense. An unanswered question, I might add. Typical. As to witch hunt, even your main source CNN has said Mueller is doing more (witch hunt) than his mission was defined to be. Look it up.

We come to business fines. Never saw proof of a 'scam', but the law does require payment of fines for business practice gone awry. He paid it, it was a failed business, I never saw on CNN or Fox talk about any other actions, so that is it, bad business. Like the casinos. Bad business deals, the USA has a procedure called bankruptcy, he took it, and for some reason people think he is a bad guy for following the law. It is no different than a respectable guy looking for every tax advantage/loop hole he can find.

You mention 'charity' in the face of the CLINTONS?? They left the white house broke, where do you think they got their $180M? Help me Rhonda. Really, if Trump was guilty (all it takes for y'all is appearance of guilty) he would be in trouble. He's not. Works to protect you 18 hours a day without smoking Obama weed. Seems quite confident, dont you think. If he is 'screwing up', I dont think he knows it.

Consider this....Why would a grown man say " I love Kim.." A little method in his madness, dont you think? Kim asked to meet him next month. Maybe there is evidence of a little genius, or at least, a great negotiator. As to Putin, I think that after the ass kiss in front of the cameras (to help Putin save face back home, quite obvious,) they had the private meeting so Trump could tell him to watch out, or he would get his butt kicked by the USA. Really, can you ever imagine Trump cow-towing to any other leaders? Not his nature even if he wanted to. Cant do it. He didn't, but maybe wants the world to see what he wants them to see. He is 'nice' to Putin so Putin can strut around back home. If he called Putin out, put him in his place, embarrassed him, we (USA) would have to deal with a rough enemy. Genius move.

As to Nato, Germany (total idiots, totally dependent now on oil from Russia, streets filled with illegals, etc) et al, I wasn't in the room so dont know what people smarter than me had on their minds.

You really believe that 'totally dependent on oil from Russia'? That was a Trump line given at the UN speech he gave which begat a bunch of catcalls and laughter. There is no such dependence on Russian oil, it is part of a deal but if Russia pulled the plug there would be no panic in Germany since that deal was something like 10% of the oil Germany uses. You really love to quote your hero.
That was not BTW a 'failed' company. That was a SCAM not a failed business practice. It WAS a real scam and he got caught out in it.
BTW, just in, he just fired 12 illegals working at his golf course. Some of which have been there YEARS, in one case EIGHTEEN YEARS and they just HAPPEN to have figured that out NOW? What does it take for you to see through the hypocrisy of Trump?

You don't care hundreds of thousands were paid to at least two women to keep that knowledge out of public view? Just oh so coincidentally right before the elections. But no connection right? BTW don't drag in other folks to defend Trump, I don't give a damn about Hillary or her alleged crimes, which YOU seem to think you are ok being police, judge, trial, guilty verdict and executioner but at the same time the word is not in on Trump so HE is ok.

Did you not know the entire Lock her up deal was made by his buddy Roger Stone.
HE is the one who started that AND the Obama born in Kenya deal, knowing all the while both deals were totally false. And BTW, the whole WALL deal was also Roger Stone, because Trump is almost senile, short attention span and NEVER EVER reads books so Stone made up the wall so he would have something to remember so he could have a platform as utterly stupid as it is.

Trump NEVER acknowledged the ABSOLUTE FACT that 90% of the drugs coming in through Mexico are coming in at the regular border crossings, hidden in cheese containers or barrels of oil or some such crap.

I think you are so hypnotized by Trump you may actually believe his bullshyte about drugs coming across the border with no crossings, in the middle of the desert or some such.
Some drugs are certainly coming that way but a tiny minority. The VAST majority comes right through our gates and that is why we need better technology of detection at the crossings not some mindless fence, wall or whatever.

Trumps 30% base is what keeps Republican senators from jumping ship, they are afraid if they do, they will lose the next election cycle. It is the republicans who have stopped ALL efforts so far at getting to the truth of Trumps corruption and corruption is the right word, he is wittingly or unwittingly doing the bidding of Putin whether you know it or not.

Didn't you find it odd Trump totally bypassed the usual chain of succession in the Attorney General post? It normally would have gone to Rosenstein but Trump would have none of that so fired Sessions BECAUSE he recused himself, which meant he was a real person and believed in the rule of law but Trump couldn't have THAT either, because he REALLY thinks the AG should be under his thumb 24/7 and the law should be TRUMPS law not the real thing.
So out with Sessions, in with a dude who was for 2 years putting out his resume for the job by publicly stating how the Mueller probe should be halted and went so far as to give tactics to do so, for instance, saying we could cut off his funds and stuff like that.

So isn't it so COINCIDENTAL Whitaker is who Trump picked for acting AG?

And now Trump picks Barr who ALSO has publicly spread doubt as to the validity of the Mueller probe and now in the senate hearings has been VERY vague as to what he would do when the probe findings are released, for instance, he could as the REAL AG, just dump the whole thing in the trash saying, nothing here folks, move on.

Or just not releasing it or redacting it, he has the power to do that also, just give the house and senate bits and pieces of the real probe, hiding any wrongdoing by Trump so the whole thing goes away and just leaving people wondering what just happened.

But if Barr is not voted in, that leaves Whitaker a REAL assswipe as you should know about his company deal where he was the enforcer, threatening dudes who dared to buck the company and show the world THAT was a scam also, an inventors company where they supposedly put out your invention to the world but in fact just took the inventors money and did nothing and when the inventors complained it was WHITAKER who personally led the charge against those poor folks who got taken in, LITERALLY threatening them with lawsuits if they dared bring in lawsuits. And guess what? That company is now history, the scam was found out and the courts killed the company and charged MILLIONS in fines and also guess what? Whitaker STILL OWES FINES which he refuses to pay. So now he is the acting AG? One what other planet would THAT have EVER happened?

Try thinking critically about all I just wrote. Maybe you will see through the Trump bullshyte.

    Mueller's report isn't out yet.
But your post reveals once again everything we need to know.

You will put up everything about Trump, even if it is contrary to your values, as long as your objectives for your country become a reality.

There is a major cold civil war going on in the US to determine the DNA of your country in the 21st century.
History will decide that I guess.

But the current incumbent in the WH has lowered to the office to a level that has ruined the image of America in the eyes of the world.
Another unintended consequence is that the Dems are moving drastically to the left which will only further polarize your country.

    And for what ??
Marriage is between a man and a woman ?
    Abortion be banned ?
Sex is for procreation only ?
Evolution should be removed from the education curriculum ??
Oh heck !! While you're at it, let's get rid of relativity and string theory. We all know God created everything in 7 days. 😆

We know there are kooks out there that blow themselves up in public places because men should grow beards and women should wear burkas.
But are you guys really that much better ?

Do yall get a headache from all this? Forbes, not Trump, says Germany gets over 90% of its gas from OTHER countries. I'd said oil, and I'd said Russia. My bad. But the point is, the issue, Germany is a bit dependent, and amess with immigrants all over the place. Creepy.

On trump university, which was a business, not a university, when he was find and it was all over, he never said nor was required to say that he had any fault or fraud, he was not convicted of fraud. Y'all sure do get personal, cause you hate him so much.

Hillary's crimes are fact, right down to tearing up a bunch of Federal Property Cell Phones. All her stuff. Sickening. Word is definitely in on her. Many sources of that info.

You sure have a lot of inside information on Roger Stone, and how do you know what his plan was, what he was thinking, why he was thinking it!??! Why, you yourself sound like police, judge, executioner of Roger. Tsk tsk And if Roger was behind 'Lock Her Up", she should be, so what is your point? Did Bill ever face rape charges, by the way?

And you are the guy who knows all the planning and strategy about the Wall, you even know that he never intended to put up the Wall? I think he did. But I only think. You seem to Know?!!?

I get from your comment on Mexican drugs that you dont think we need a Wall. Of course we need a wall> Are you tired of people asking you why you locked your door last night, and not being able to answer the question? Please answer the question.

Now you portend to know what reason Trump had to fire Sessions!!! And you interject the Rule of Law?? You, who deride the firing of Comey.....Article 4 gives Trump the power to do just that, without reason, and yet you take issue with his following the law. This is the stuff that makes libs wet their beds.

This Mueller thing, yeah, Trump knows it is tying up our country, time to move on. What wrongdoing are you talking about, I asked that question and no one has answered it. On the Whitaker thing, you could be totally right, libs want Utopia and he may be a fly in the ointment, so let's get rid of him for all I know. Maybe Trump made a mistake....After all, yall did say he is not much of a politician.....but I voted for a businessman, negotiator.

Shouldn't we all start writing about Kamala, she wants to DO AWAY WITH PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE!!!!!! Are y'all ready for what is coming. I have the best supplemental ins you can have, I pay nothing for anything, new knee cost me nothing except the monthly ins premiums. Yall gonna send me to an assembly line in a warehouse to get my next government issue-knee? Yall getting ready?
