So let's say you were the employee at home depot that rented the truck to the terrorist that killed people in New York, and there is something odd about him that makes you a little nervous.

Do you rent the truck cuz you don't wish to incur the wrath of the ACLU, or do you stand your ground and not hand him the keys, which may end your job as a racial profiler,. and may label you a racist for future employers if the story breaks in the news?

Obviously, you rent the truck to the guy to avoid being tarred as a racist.

    What about now?

Has anything changed or will PC cause this to happen again?

Nothing has changed. As a public accommodation, you can't discriminate against a Muslim because he looks suspicious. It's illegal. If you do, you'd better have something concrete to hang your hat on. A mere feeling or guess that the guy is up to no good isn't going to cut it.

So if you felt uneasy about renting out a truck, you would just do it?

Most mass murders in the U.S. are conducted by white men born in the U.S. so they have no accent. Do not sell guns, knives or vehicles of any sort to any adult white males. https://www.statista.com/statistics/476456/mass-shootings-in-the-us-by-shooter-s-race/

Gee, we wouldn't want to label racists as "racist," now would we? That would hurt their feelings.

Really? I doubt that. I have to believe people like you are in the minority in the U.S.. however, unfortunately, you are part of a very large minority.

In Saudi Arabia, one can rent a truck to a woman and she will have a legal right to drive it.

You, as an employee, do not have the right to set company policy.

I agree the US is not a free country, but a population enslaved by the government. In a free country one would be free to do business or not at ones discretion.

Has the US government done anything to stop the 'enslaved' Eladar from emigrating to a 'free' country?
Where would Eladar like to go, assuming (at great risk) that this other country would welcome him?

I note with disdain that Eladar (a white man) likes to whine about being 'enslaved' today
while apparently showing no sympathy for the real people enslaved in the USA until 1865.

I may emigrate one day, but why should the US be allowed to be led by criminals?

    The Constitution is meaningless.

A perfect example is education. The Constitution reserves education to the states. You wouldn't know that from our feferal government.

The Constitution restricts the Federal government from claiming state land, yet you wouldn't know that based on nearly half of Western States controlled by the Federal government.

When non-white people complain about racism in the USA, some white Americans respond
with "America, love it or leave it!", meaning that non-white people should not complain at all
but exercise only their option of leaving the USA if they feel treated unfairly there.

The Constitution was written to restrict the government's influence on the people.

There is no direct Constitutional right to be free of racism. All we have are the opnions of a few people that the government should be used to stop or minimize racism.

The government can do as it wishes. Individuals have no voice. Individuals are viewed as subjects of the government.
