    Sex and the Schoolgirl

    By DOROTHY RABINOWITZ

The upset now roiling a small area of Massachusetts can't approach the size of the one fascinating the entire state, and nation, now that Scott Brown has defeated Martha Coakley for the hallowed Senate seat once held by Ted Kennedy. Still, it can be said at least of that smaller drama that it was the first to get to a screenwriter, and that the resulting film—a raw blend of the sensational and the didactic—is, from beginning to end, wholly compelling. In its own way "The Pregnancy Pact" (Saturday, 9-11 p.m. EST, on Lifetime) has, like the late election race, more than a little to do with health care, but that aspect of its theme isn't what's causing the anger the film has apparently provoked in the precincts of Gloucester, Mass.

The town endured a spell of international media attention that began in the spring of 2008, when Time magazine published a story about 17 teenage girls, students at Gloucester High School, who had, for a variety of dim reasons, committed themselves to a pact to become pregnant together. The former medical director and nurse at the school's health center, the Boston Herald reports, are today among those protesting the pact story and the Lifetime film as pure media exploitation.

Natalism or pro-birth is a belief that promotes human reproduction. The term is taken from the Latin adjective form for "birth," natalis.

Pronatalism or simply natalism is an ideology promoting child-bearing and glorifying parenthood, which may include limiting access to abortion and contraception, as well as creating financial and social incentives for the population to reproduce.[citation needed]

In the NuLabour UK generous welfare benefits, provided by the long-suffering taxpayers, make it possible for girls to choose the production of children as an alternative career to working for a living, often with the aid of a different male for each batch.

Same thing happened in NZ, it all started as welfare for solo mothers whose number was in the hundreds but like any business the more money that was invested so the 'business' grew, it is a career choice for some women, with second and third generation Domestic Purpose Benefiters coming through the system.

Jesus Christ man are you jealous that these girls may love their children ten times more than your mother loved you?, you'll pay tax no matter what, if one person gets cancer in your family you'll never work the tax (price) for treatment off in your life time. stop thinking this country was designed for you only...get on with your life and enjoy it
