    You have all the games ever played on here.

    Why not at the end of 2008 produce a CD containing all the games
    and offer it for sale to the members. (or a free download)

    BTW How many games to date have been played on here?

    Perhaps a selection of the best. They would need to be annotated. Is anyone here known for their witty commentary?

    Yeah but that means getting each one PGN by PGN.

    Is there a way you can get a all the games played..
    Still would like to know how many games have been played.

    I started a game today with ID number 5949450, so I assume we have nearly 6 million games

    Games can be trashed.
    Anyone can start games - thereby taking up numbers - and then delete them - thereby reducing the numbers of actual games.

    5949450 + games have been started, but how many have been deleted?
