Phew 😰
But your right and I know one mother who is getting flowers and her favourite dinner today.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidIn the UK it is Mothering Sunday which is celebrated.

Mothers' Day is an American invention ... it is second Sunday of May.
Probably one of their better ideas!
Thank you, Mom, for supporting me and loving me through all the times I made your life difficult, for teaching Dad how to be a feminist, for coming to all my piano recitals, for the time you made Dad come to the tea party I threw for all my dolls and stuffed animals, for the time you made me apologize to the neighbor girl I pushed into the mud (we're still friends today), for not hating me when I ran away from home, for convincing me to take a Music minor, and for showing me just how fortunate we were and how there were lots of people worse off than we were who could be helped.
Thank you for always, always believing in me. I love you more than you will ever know.
Happy Mother's Day! I believe every day is mother's day for all they do through our formative years, which doesn't stop there but continues into our adult life. A Mother will always be there for your whole life. Appreciate her while she is here and show her every day how much you care, it meams more to them than we think.
