2015 Yearend Contest
1) "Why a contest?" In the interest of concluding 2015 (during which many horrific events have occurred around the globe) on a positive note. 2) "What is the contest's format?" It's an open invitation for all contributors to this online public forum to post entertaining/informative comments and/or opinions relevant to their leisure time invested in and appreciation of Red Hot Pawn during this past year. 3) "How do I win?" Each of your posts will earn one point as will each Thumbs Up they receive [without regard to Thumbs Down] on page one; two points on page two, etc. I'll provide standings updates for each page. 4) "What's in it for me?" Recognition of You (Bragging Rights, if you choose) and your Good Will toward Red Hot Pawn, its Sole Proprietor Russ and other RHP Members. 5) "When will our contest end?" On New Years Eve [December 31, 2015, sixty six days from today] with the hope that all of us will then collectively raise a cup of cheer in a spirit of conviviality as we sing the familiar words to "Auld Lang Syne" [which I believe is an idiom written in Scottish and means "Times Gone By."] Perhaps a few of you will post your favorite YouTube renditions of "Auld Lang Syne". My personal thanks to each of you for your friendship and for contributing to this forum during 2015. ~Boston Lad
