excessive forum html use?...

is it just my computer, or are some people (aka toe) using html on the forums for no apparent reason? 😛 (e.g. " etc)

edit: it's not just toe - it's everybody! for ampersans, for quotemakrs...is it a...bug?!? 😲

i think it is a bug...i do believe russ is sorting it

Odd that my use of the quotation mark has been translated to &quot, but all future quotes of my text are correct.

Edit edit: and when I press Edit, &quot then becomes a true quotation mark when it was happily &quot before

And rather than going throug the edit-edit thing, I see Russ has posted an announcement on the issue: all will be well form here-on in apparently. Unless you really want to quote somebody saying &quot for some bizarre reason.
