Inspired by Travel Channel about burgers from all of the world...
Do you remember fairy tale "Nail Soup" or "Stone soup" in which poor soldier or a tramp deceives old inhospitable woman by story of stone soup, and at the end he takes stone out soup and get his meal?

Well, how about a Stone Burger...?

    - caramelized onion, slow cooked, with vinegar, sugar, honey and white pepper

    - baked paprika (or use bottled)

    - pickles

    - letuce salad

    - pickled rotebete

    - blue cheese

    - mayonnaise seasoned with fish sauce and few drops of soy sauce

    - tomato cut in slices

    - provancal sauce in bottle or cheap ketchup

    - honey mustard

    - crispy baked bacon.

Now, fill pita bread or burger buns with above mentioned les delicies.

I think that there's something fishy about this.

Apparently this inspired General Patten too.
His "Stone soup method" of attacking enemy (without appropriate resources).

    How to cook a galah:

Get yourself a nice fresh Galah or Cockatoo.
Put a 20 litre drum of water on the fire to boil while you are plucking and cleaning it.
When the water is at a good rolling boil throw in the Galah, some mixed herbs, worcestershire sauce, a clove or 2 of garlic and an axehead.
Keep boiling until the axehead goes soft, then throw away the Galah and eat the axehead.

    This is a well-known Australian recipe. 🙂
