alrighty-i was rather bored the other day and decided that i would set the privacy settings for cookies to "ask me every time" (it's exam time, and you know how you always find something to do that is more important that studying...like going out to get milk or completing red alert 2. again.) anyway-i was on the forums today, and opened a thread. "hulk.com is attempting to set a cookie". wtf? it turns out pcaspian's avatar randomly sets a cookie...
