You can’t get Melatonin in the UK without prescription but I am eking out a pack which is picked up in France when I was traveling for work. I could do with sourcing some more as it’s an excellent natural sleep aid especially when combined with magnesium.

No script needed here. One of our "boys" uses it nightly and it really does help...him sleep.
