Some crackers, a stick of peperoni, and a good beer or two. Yes!

Cheddar every day and Davidstow is my preferred flavour/brand but I like them all, even the milder ones.

But it has to be top quality or I find it a bit fibrous. I like buffalo. Proper Italian stuff.

I could give you three for every category of cheese so this hard, what's not to love about cheese. A thread on three you wouldn't eat would be a challenge.

It's Italian. It has the consistency of swiss only it is quite tangy and can make you thirsty. It's not one of my favorites.

Like swiss, it can be an eating cheese, or sliced for sandwiches.

It is also one of the best melting cheeses, too.

Passion fruit cheesecake is a class all the cheesecakes. Cream cheese, lovely heart attack food.
