Why does a game that has been reduced to King versus King not automatically come up a draw? I cite this game as an example.

This site has many substantive glitches. it loses my games, doesn't record them, doesn't time out games where the opponent hasn't moved in weeks, etc.

You have to CLAIM the draw I'm afraid.

That also goes for timeouts. The claim draw button is there so that you can do your own housekeeping. Games can't be deleted if more than two full moves have been made.
