Conditional moves

Is there a way of putting a delay on a conditional move?

I.E. I know that my opponent will play 'x' and I will return with 'y', but as I am going on holiday for two weeks, I'd like the move to be timed to be made 1 week after my opponents move to aid the time controls.

I already am, just trying to think a way around a fortnights holiday, or longer, and not to come back to an entirely depleted timebank.
