I am in the second round of a banded quartets tournament for players rated 1450 - 1475 and playing and just lost two games to a player with a tournament rating of 1850 who has been undefeated in the first two rounds. I don't mind losing but I hate losing to a cheater. This player has won 72% of total games played since joining RHP and the only losses were for timeouts. Is anybody really that good - with 83 games in progress.

I don't see enough evidence in the rating numbers to justify such an accusation. If you have evidence, you should send feedback or complete a fair play ticket. Public forums are not the place to air allegations of cheating against individual players.

I checked FAQ but couldn't find answer or how to do a fair play ticket. I am very reluctant to suggest a player is cheating but it is hard to believe someone has played 479 games without a loss except for timeouts.

My apologies, I see where the Fair Ticket is.
