I signed out of my old count and I lost this count, nickname matedepeao. My e-mail for this old count doesn't exist anymore. How can I recover this count, nickname matedepeao? I have a new count, nickname quebracho, but I want to recover the old count, and the games of this count.
Obviously the 'forgotten password' feature won't work as you cannot access that old email account.
If you log in to your old account using your old email address you will be able to go to your settings and change your email address to a current one; then you will be able to continue using your old nickname and forget about the new one.
IF you have forgotten / lost your old password then you will have to send feedback and ask the administrators for help.
