How do i select a picture??? I've tried going into My Settings > Profile Settings then thereis this blank line. What do i put in there??? A URL or a file path or what? Any suggestions.
A URL path. You need to host your picture somewhere.
I use photobucket.
It will also update all your previous posts with the picture so no need to post testing posts.

There is a setting page for your profile, and a seperate one for your forum settings. Each has a place that allows linking to a graphic.
The dimensions of the graphic should be shown if you right-click the graphic and select 'properties'. That will also show the URL link.
