Rules

I once upon a time stumbled on the Chess Rules in this very RHP site. But ths AM I have spent almost an hour , precious time in the face of the ongoing 2025 Coups d'etat, searching the website titles in vein. Searching is only by author & only for the most recent month and I think the basic chess rules were written over one month ago. The Rules URL please, thanks.
