Depending on what type of payment you used it could take a few days before you get your star.

Feedback is the way to go when it comes to not having your star instant. Have a subject of "I paid, where is my star (IMPORTANT!)"

That will alert the admins to hook you up ASAP.

You cannot cancel. Just finish or abandon your games and leave the site.
