Has anyone been watching this?
I think it's a bit too "reality tv ish" and simplistic for serious chess players.
I suppose if it promotes chess in a wider medium it's acceptable but a regular chess player won't learn anything from it

I hate the direction chess is going.

Click bait videos on YouTube designed for 8 year olds.
Ditzy women showing cleavage on Twitch for simp money.
Woke everything promoted.
Freestyle crap that gets low viewership but they insist on ramming it down our throats just because Magnus was scared to eventually lose the classical title.
Rampant cheating even by top players.
Promoters linking dumb athletes with chess.
Chess boycotting players because they are from a country at war but they are selective in who they boycott.
Segregated tournaments for Africans but don't dare say that is racist or you will be banned.

Thankfully the recent chess boom is over and we are slowly going back to the way it was.

I only watched the first one. It was quite annoying: board viewed from the side at a low angle, so it's not seen from the perspective of either player and it's impossible to see what's going on. Also, when they show the 2D screen, they sometimes don't show the whole board.
I think it's aimed at getting non chess players into chess.
