Thanks GP for an actual chess related post. Some fellow has been spoiling the chess forum with political posts. That's what the debate forum is for methinks.

I always have promptly removed any posts intended for the Debates forum that
were ACCIDENTALLY posted in this forum. RHP does NOT allow me to erase the
thread's title, only my posts in it. If I could, I would erase all vestiges of the thread.

There's no reason for anyone to respond to a THREAD WITH NO POSTS IN IT
other than to have an excuse to whine (like Congruent) and attack someone else.

So Congruent apparently falsely accuses me of lying.
If Congruent reads the Debates forum, he can notice that I created a few threads
with the same titles immediately after I accidentally created them in this forum.

IF RHP allowed me to transfer a thread to another forum, then I would have done so.
Given that's impossible, I did the utmost that I could to erase those threads here.

I made a few mistakes. Then I immediately did the utmost that RHP allowed to fix them.
Now some writers (trolls) here seem obsessed with attacking me about it.

Why one posts in the CHESS FORUM then says "they accidentally" posted a political post in here is beyond me (this is on multiple occasions spanning different months).

Each of those threads have got posters who responded which they shouldn't have done in the Chess forum.

What you could try in those circumstances, rather than deleting the content, is to alert your own thread and see if the mods will move the thread to debates, which is technically possible. It's probably worth adding a post to that effect so people know you've done it.

This really should not be a 'big deal', but some hateful trolls (e.g. Congruent) are
obsessed with attacking me by any means they can find. Congruent started a
thread in the Debates forum for the sole purpose of trolling more about it.

I forgot that I was in the Chess forum when I created a post intended for the Debates forum.
Immediately after it appeared, I DELETED IT AS FAR AS RHP WOULD ALLOW.

I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO DELETE EVERY TRACE OF THE ACCIDENTAL POST,
BUT RHP WOULD NOT ALLOW THAT.
