If:
2 + 3 = 10

7 + 2 = 63
6 + 5 = 66
8 + 4 = 96

Then:
9 + 7 = ?

I just got here, so a little late to the party- but an interesting note on this puzzle:

If you add the first plus the second number, then multiply the sum by the first number it works that way too. That's how I originally solved this one
