    Hi,

A Mnemonic help you remember a list of things.

'Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain.' aids you in recalling the colours
of the rainbow. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet.

What I need is a catchy Mnemonic for the chess world champions from Steinitz to Kasparov.

Steinitz, Lasker, Capablanca, Alekhine, Euwe, Botvinnik, Smyslov,
Tal, Petrosian, Spassky, Fischer, Karpov and Kasparov.

Tricky. (Especially the double K). How about in the form of a poem?

    Studious Lad,
    Come And Eat Boiled Sweets,
    Talking Poetry's Sad,
    Forget Kipling, Keats.

    Ghost-of-a-Duke you are a genius!

The double K was miffing me. had an end like 'Sad From Kissing Kings.' but was toiling.

I'm sure it would have been perfectly splendid sir.

(For the double K I nearly went with Kangaroo, Koala).
