A thumb on tick?

If you've already used up your thumb for a certain post that you either like or dislike, could you maybe get a "spare thumb" , to be issued say once a month, in instances where something is so "good" or "bad" (for want of better words), to make an extra strong "statement" for that month to give the forums a slight "edge" that they , at times, seem to lack?
