    If you give someone the authority to make regular withdrawals from your account, it's up to you to remember when they're going to do it. Most of the utilities give you notice as they can be large amounts, but rarely the subscription collectors such as 2co.com which RHP uses. Perhaps someday RHP will get a more customer-friendly payments system but I can't see it happening myself.
