-Removed-I watched the video. He was clearly seeking out the children to greet and at the point prior to the incident with the woman he was finished, apparent because he had turned away from the crowd. The woman actually pulled him back. In that instance, she violated his boundaries. In my opinion, he doesn't look like a grumpy prick. He looks surprised and clearly upset, yes, and his reaction was purely human. Anyone else might have reacted the same. This pope has made no excuses for being human and he did apologize for his reaction. I didn't relate it to policies or dogma of the Catholic Church.

I think anything that instils in us a little humility and reminds of our human frailties (bringing us down to Earth) has to be a good thing.
