Getting bored with the blades story now, don't think its got much winding up left in it.
So here goes, mine was the Brazil v Italy final of 1970..........just don't see that type of footy anymore

i think england vs germany (semi final) 1990 is tough to beat for passion and excitement... as an english supporter, and though we lost, the game had it all

Argentina - England. Mexico 1986.

Romania v Argentina, 1994.

Not Pretty but still Englands finest hour.. all other results are insignificant.

And yep I watched it live on the box as a kid and collected every player in bubble gum cards.. they were champions of the world and very massive hero's to children of the sixties... the controversy didn't matter a fig!

If making yourself look like a tit is the same as winding me up then you did an excellent job.

Italy France last July, but for the result not the spectacle. For the spectacle, Italy Germany in the semis of the same tournament, although neutral fans would say it was only an OK game. I also remember England Portugal in the Euro 2004 tournament which was a very enjoyable game.

Portugal v Netherlands last year was really entertaining as well, though not entirely from a footballing point of view!

almost all of portugals games in the last cup were fun to watch.

But my favorite had to be the win over England.

That waqs a classic WC match... Rossi's return!!!

England v Cameroon 1990 was an 'edge of the seater' too....

Argentina destroying Serbia Montenegro in last years WC was great to watch.
Australia's comeback versus Japan in the last WC was sensational.
Italy v Nigeria in 94 was awesome.
As was the France V Brazil final in 98.
Senegal V Sweden in the 02 cup.

Mexico vs. Argentina in the last world cup. Priceless!
