After the Pac/Oscar fight Roach commented that he noticed fresh track marks on Oscars arms moments before round 1 began. He told Pac to take it to him hard and to set a fast pace.

Apparently,according to Roach Oscar had dehydrated himself intentionally to make the weight then his people had shot him up to rehydrate him .
It was a day late and a dollar short though.

If you notice in the fight Oscar looks weak and emaciated.
