I was going to say england would beat sa and offer a bet but didnt have the balls in the end, going to be a good series.

So England beat the Proteas good and solid in the first test!
Second test quite a humdinger, on the last day only; will England win, or will the Proteas get a
    chance.
Now for the third test. Should be a very interesting game of cricket.

How about that 😲 Is broad the best bowler in test cricket? I think so.

He certainly is when he's 'in the zone'

Won the deciding Test vs Oz back in August , blowing them away with 8-15

Won the Test today to beat SA with 6-17 . Unplayable when on form

And Rabada? Not too shabby. Well, the Proteas could scrape one through in the end.
    Series lost 1-2

he is an exciting talent, no doubt about that.

have to say he had a very lacklustre , end of term England, to our shame

The difference in the performances is that Broad's 2 amazing 'blasts' were in Tests that England won, in both cases to secure the Series

Talk in SA is, must Rabada go play county cricket in England? Will he benefit from it?
    What's your view?

Strange you say that, I have a friend who is a big Lancashire fan, and he was v keen to sign Rabada. (they haven't!0

If he is handled responsibly by the County (ie, not overbowled, given games off). he would surely learn a lot and improve. There is no doubt that English conditions are different, and it can only help to improve this exceptional young bowler's 'education'

I haven't ever seen any player say that county cricket wasn't a great learning curve.
Being exposed to so much talent and expertise is a great thing.

Just manage the amount of bowling and workrate.

think it was on the news today that he has signed for Kent next season (ie, in 3 months time or so)

with some luck, he may qualify as 'English' and play for us in 5 years time!!

Proteas really snatched the oneday series from England! Great comeback, even with a few newbies in the team! 🙂 The England side also sporting a few young players, also really did well in the first two games. Hales, Topley, Root, and Stokes stirred it up well!

And now for the Aussies. For both teams just some warmups for the Word Series T20.
First one went SA way. Great tension in the last two overs!

I was "rooting" for England, but to no avail, the West Indies were just too good: four sixes from four balls sealed it solidly! Poor Stokes! hope he doesn't have to need therapy...

    nah...

he'll just cast his mind back to the amazing 258 vs SA in PROPER cricket a few months back

It is what one does in that format, rather than the 20/20 fairground, that defines careers
