At best the game was tied, at worst the Dodgers were winning.

He defeated the Dodger pitcher that day because other people won the game for him.

Funny how shmucks who never play sports don't understand what it means to win or lose as the team.

Don't worry you'll pick it up. There's many out there in the same boat as you.

Being hard on yourself won't help.

Pitchers pitch against batters, not other pitchers.
The Astros won game two, but they were not winning when the starting pitcher left the game.

Sorry if I am being to intellectual for the sports forum.

I was quoting the original question to which I was adressing.

You really are a mental giant. I suppose you made it out of what? 8th grade?

Give him a break, he's getting there. He's a coach so he didn't actually learn to read and write until he was in his 40's. Most coaches in America have trouble spelling out their own names and if they're asked to count past 10 you have to wait while they take their shoes and socks off.

Perhaps, but phone texting is what it is.

I must say, the people in this forum are unique.

No actual talk about sports at all just personal attack.

I can see personal attack with some discussion of topic, but not this.

I suppose the people here are too nerdy to actually know anything about sports.

The only water sport around here is having your head put into a flushing toilet.
