Bookies are very smart people.
It must be that they think we are so stupid that we will still bet on them with such silly odds.
I find 9/1 even too low for England, I'd say that the right odd is 12 or 15/1.
Rooney apart I don't see any new phenomenon who can bring up England chances for the tournament.
