Didn't get to see any matches so far today. Just heard a description of Christian Eriksen collapsing on the pitch. Sounds really bad.
Last night wasn't the usual stale opening match. Everybody raving about Italy, but I thought that was about Turkey. Threw in the towel after conceding the first goal. Space all over the park after that.
I'm not a football supporter but the missis is so I watched the game not really caring who won.
I thought that the England players taking off their medals and chucking them in a box was disgraceful.
They don't deserve support for that gesture alone.
Could you imagine winning a silver medal at the Olympic's and throwing it off of the podium?
Disgraceful unsporting behaviour.
The players who did it should be banned from playing in my opinion
You lost-get over it.

Agree, utd players did the same at the Europa league, over paid babies.
@venda indeed disgraceful behaviour, i was taught that it's not just about the winning it's also the taking part, they might not get that experience again! i still have a medal from when i was in the Scouts and we came bottom of the league, the medal was about the fact we kept going even though a hopeless cause and kept trying to compete and never gave up, and i keep it for that reason

The first English team to ever reach a final of the Euros, no other Englishman owns that runners up medal, not the one they wanted sure but show a bit of respect to the competition.
I still have a runners up medal from a pool competition when I was 10 or 11 somewhere.
