    I never thought I would either.....but I did.

Then again, I never thought I would pay $5,000.00 for a baseball card, but I have.
(Sold it for $7,500.00 as well).

Never thought I would plunk down $38,000.00 cash for a baseball card collection,
but I did. (Broke it up and sold the collection for $49,500.00).

It is all relative in the scheme of things. You never think you will, until you do.

We paid $78 dollars apiece for two tickets on stubhub. That's about the upper limit for me.

Congrats....would have much rather paid your price than mine for sure.

If they get to the World Series, you can multiply that cost by a factor of 5 for the
    equivalent ticket.

Too rich for my blood. I'll just watch it on TV for free.

In Detroit, that is safer than being on the streets if they were to win. 😉

For once we are in agreement! I am rooting for the Tigers to beat the Yankees. I think Tigers win in four.
