This guy is OUT OF CONTROL!

    On Joe Torre:

"Where was Joe's career in '95 when my dad hired him? My dad was crucified for hiring him. Let's not forget what my dad did in giving him that opportunity -- and the great team he was handed"

(Um, your dad just handed YOU the team, you snot-nosed brat!)

    On Arod:

"It's clear he didn't want to be a Yankee. He doesn't understand the privilege of being a Yankee on a team where the owners are willing to pay $200 million to put a winning product on the field. I don't want anybody on my team that doesn't want to be a Yankee."
(Yeah, he doesn't want to be a Yankee, that's why he's leaving... you genius!)

Hey Hank... war is WAR, LOSER!

One good about the Steinbrenner boys, twice the chance the Yankees will be run into the ground.

Agreed. It's a great time for the Yankee haters of the world.

The Mets are apparently making a run at Posada. Why moron Cashman didn't lock up Jorge, a-Rod and Rivera before the season is an utter mystery to me (maybe A-Rod was undoable but the other two were chomping at the bit to get a deal done before the 2007 season).

No question. They look like world beaters again.

Just like back in the good old days when Smoky Joe Wood was mowing 'em down and Tris Speaker was patrolling center.

They remind of the Yankees in the 40's and 50's.

They didn't even make the playoffs in 2006. Some dynasty.

Manny didn't want to go to the playoffs, so they didn't.
