    granted the author of this article has a drum to beat for liverpool but i thiught it was really thought provoking. he does seem to have it in for sir alex but given our current position with tom and george the bitterness may be understandable if not equitable

    there are a lot of points some of which seem to be interpreted favourably towards liverpool but the article seems well researched despite being somewhat biased e.g. would you really give craig bellamy a 14.5m buy out clause and the cost of the Arsenal squad seems tremendous value for money

    does anyone know much about Soccernomics !?
