Speculation on the meaning of the delay......
The judge delayed the hearing because the Stanley Cup is so close to being completed. Why does this matter? Because if the judge has decided to allow the move to Hamilton, that decision would take away the attention from the Cup itself.
My guess is the league told the judge to delay his decision until after the stanley cup is over.
HAMILTON IS GETTING A TEAM!!!!
