I love baseball. I really do. But there's nothing like taking a nap while the baseball game is on dreaming that I'm taking a nap while watching a baseball game.

Lawn bowls and golf. Both of which have actually put me to sleep at one time or another.

I'm surprised that no one mentioned Formula 1.

I liked the 80's Formula 1 but now it became one of the most boring things to watch, very suitable for a good sleep.





Edit : Nascar is even more boring.

Formula 1 once they've negotiated the first corner.
