Doesn't this go against your earlier statement that Lebron has never been surrounded by all star players?

Not really, do you the meaning of surrounded?

    MVPs titles till age 25:
    Lebron - 2
    Kobe - 0

What I was pointing out is about Lakers roster being much better than Cavs' one, if you take out Kobe and Lebron. But, honestly, if you read carefully my posts you'll realize it was not about Lebron x Kobe nauseating debate.

Finals MVPs (the award that really matters):

    Kobe - 2
    Lebron - 0

    Team USA roles:

    Defensive Stopper - Kobe
    Closer - Kobe, Dwayne
    Cherry Picker - Lebron

    Umm...and Kobe isn't surrounded by All-Stars either.

    Three-peat All-Stars:

    Shaq

    Three-peat Former All-Stars:

    Glen Rice

    Two-peat All-Stars:

    Pau Gasol

    Two-peat Former All-Stars:

    Ron Artest

If the Celtics play Miami in the playoffs next year, I'm going to root for a Boston team in a team sports event for the first time since I rooted for the Red Sox in the 1986 World Series.

Sure, he's surrounded by a bunch of morons who can't paly basket uh?
Indeed he needed Gasol to win two titles, and let's not speak about the ones he won with the best Shaq ever........
Come on, you're getting silly, are you REALLY comparing Ilgauskas, West and Mo Williams to the ones above ...[text shortened]... he wrong just because he wanted to switch team in order to get more chances to wwin something?

Ok I see how it is. Leave important pieces out of my argument so you can defeat it.

No Kobe isn't surrounded by All-Stars.

    Three Peat All-Stars besides Kobe:

    Shaq

    Two Peat All-Stars besides Kobe:

    Gasol

    Honorable Mentions:

    Glen Rice
    Ron Artest

Wow! Only one other All-Star besides Kobe?

Oh and the point at issue wasn't whether or not Shaq, Gasol, Glen Rice, and Ron Ron are better than Boozer, Ilgauskas, Wallace, Williams, and Jamison; it was about Kobe being "surrounded" by All-Stars and Lebron NOT being surrounded by All-Stars.

You forgot to mention that Kobe needed Derek Fisher, Robert Horry, Ron Harper, Glen Rice, Brian Shaw, Rick Fox, Andrew Bynum, Lamar Odom, Trevor Ariza, and Ron Artest to win his five titles. Of course, you probably don't know who half of these aforementioned players are.

Yeah, Gasol apart we discover that Fisher (how much titles he won?) is not that good and Odom, Bynum, Artest are crap.
So even Shaq and Robert Horry when at Lakers were both crap.
    Good to know.........

Considering the outcome of that last foray, please don't.

You mean like you did when you transposed a discussion on how good can Miami be in an old/silly/weak/trolling discussion about KobexLebron?

Glad to know it was intentional
